ATEM super source and DVE???

now i want make 3 camer singals in 3 picture in picture on the screen, I put a still picture that have 3 green rectangles in the media . can you tell me how to avoid the green color,and make the 3 singals below 3 rectangles?
if above problem solved,then can i use DVE to magnify every singal (like A厅现场 or B厅现场) to the full screen?how to control ?pls give me particual steps ?
