Audio to SDI converter

I am using an Audio to SDI converter and I found that I have some noise in the audio embbeded when I am using a camera in my system.

I do not know what happen that why I need a help with tha issue.

Are you using the latest firmware?

Yes that is the later firmware. We have a production truck and with a one of my camera we found the noise, then I need to know if there any adjustment that we can do to solve that
