Anyone knows if the original Decklink Duo support synchronous SDI playout for key and fill?

No, according to the DeckLink SDK documentation, the original DeckLink Duo only supports internal keying (not external). External keying is the mode used to synchronously output separate key and fill signals using two SDI ports.
