Upstream key fly error

We've been using the ATEM 1M/E Production Switcher for 3 months and suddently, the fly function of the upstream key stoped working.
We've tried to reset , reinstall fireware, even the last releases and reverted to 3.1.1, but this function didn't work again. The image just dissapears from the screen.
We tested with the bars as source for the key, and this are the screenshots.
We'll appreciate any help.
