Hi,

I am trying to access a smartvideo routing panel using a USB cable to make IP changes.

I am unable to connect to the panel. When I check in the system, I find a pilot error for the usb driver.

I tried uninstalling the hardware setup app and re-installing. No luck so far.

Where could I get the driver ??

You leave a lot to guess work..
What computer system and operating system are you using?
Have you installed the Videohub software? (This will also install the driver)
