H264 recording... blocky playback

Hi Guys,

I have recorded a few basketball games from a 1080i50 camera.... I used the youtube 720p preset at max bitrate (8mbps) but when the recording is played back it has several blocky sections in it...

any suggestions as to why this may happen or tips to avoid it?

Issue been around several months without a fix.
We solve it by using MXPtiny or MXPLight.

That is disappointing to say the least
