Hi I need some info on Hyperdeck studio. Can anyone tell me is it possible to reset it back to factory settings I am trying to get it to a signal out of ATEM TV studio HD. The Hyperdeck is not seeing an input signal nor is my PC recognising it via usb to try and update it the lcd screen allows me to see its menu but not to do anything with it.Thanks
