Web Presenter Program Out

I am using Wire Cast to create a live stream for my church, everything with that works great. We have to cameras, and a remote desktop running from a separate machine that provides overlay graphics.
The question I was posed is to send that feed to a different room. I would like to use the SDI Program Out. I did a test setup, and I get the cameras, but the remote desktop layer does not show up on the feed out. Am I missing something, or does the program out, just show the live connected cameras.

The program out, will only show what is selected as an input on the WebPresenter.
