Battery converters

I have two battery converters and one of them doesn't work. It look like the battery doesn't charge although the light is always on.
I have already changed it once and tried with a new one and now, after connecting both of them to the converter utility software, they don't work any more.
So, I recommend you to take time in order to create some tutorials online about your product.
Now I need support with the converters to make them work or get my money back.

Hey I have the same problem with my brand new converter. I'm sending it back but it created an issue on the shoot it was purchased for and just wouldn't work. Light was on but it never converted the signal from C100. I can't find any other help online.
