Crash: Changing "Grid" Effect Sliders

PostWed Apr 16, 2025 1:50 am

Hi,

Just submitting a crash report as have found that when trying to add or subtract "Grid" lines from the effect (on an adjustment layer at least) it causes Resolve 20 (non Studio) to crash. Attempted twice with same result each time. Window freezes with no ability to click the window (does not say "Not Responding" and after 10-15 seconds it disappears.

Tried to upload log but site wouldn't allow it.

Kind regards,
Azz

The same thing is happening in studio version. I can add the grid but as soon as I touch the sliders, it crashes.

I can't duplicate this in Studio 20b1 for Windows. It just works.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Does Resolve crash if you use a different effect on the adjustment clip? Like Jim, I'm not experiences any problems with Grid when moving the sliders.
