Yes Dwain, this is probably a problem with my rolling back to 19.1.4... The error occured after I finished editing the timeline in 20.3. Unfortunately I deleted this project... So I could not offer the final *.drp...
But: Since I used a track for each camera (it was a five-camera-recording - see the filenames - SuperScale was set for only one Track) the settings on each track are the same along the whole timeline. Means, if set in Clip-Attributes it effects all clips in a track in the whole timeline.
In the version of DR 19.1.4 this timeline wasn't finished yet. I know, one should not change to a Public Beta while working on a project....

Sorry for that.
The only thing I can say what I already wrote in my initial post. I tried Superscale with and without Nvidia-support. DR 20.3 successfully rendered when I chose "Nativ" in the render settings and Superscale without Nvidia-Support.
Meanwhile the project is delivered to the customer. Maybe I give 20.3 a try with a new project. I'll see...
