New problem with normalize in DaVinci 18.6.3

Good morning, initially the normalization function always worked well, both in the audio track and in the rendering, choosing normalization on the Youtube model (14 lufs -1). Now it no longer normalizes the track, it is not modified, or (it's not clear to me) it normalizes it to 23lufs. I updated the Davinci version (18.6.3) and some normalization models work, but not the YouTube one. What am I doing wrong?

Is this on a macOS or Windows system?

Is the behaviour on the Edit or Fairlight Timeline?

Are you seeing the same issue in Resolve 18.6.4?

In edit and fairlight and deliver (audio), is the same

18.6.3 but in the last weeks it worked, with 18.6.2 so I updated to .3 when it stopped to work, and now it doesn't work yet. Attention normalize works, but it doesn't work the YouTube setting, other it works. For example if I had audio with 27 lufs I tried to normalize to 14 lufs and peak -1 but it doesn't change.

Can you provide more details as to the source Clip?

Is the Normalise Audio function operational on a standard broadcast wave file?

I've the identical issue with version (Davinci Resolve) 18.6.6 built 7 MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1 MacStudio M1Ultra.
The normalization process has no effect on the exported clips, it's letteraly ignored by DaVinci Resolve.

I also have a troubles with normalize in Davinci Resolve v19.1.1 (and previous versions too.

For example, I have one wav 32bit float point with maximum level -40.39 dBfs, and another file with +4.3 dBfs (it seems overloaded, but all is OK with itm because it in 32 bit float point - recorded in Zoom F6 in 32 bit float point mode). If I make Normalize for both files as Sample peak program = 0, result for first file isn't 0db, but -4.95dBfs, result for second file is 0.07dBfs - why results are different? it feels like the volume line-manipulator of the first file is hitting the ceiling and does not allow the file to be normalized to the required value...
