The specs with that suggested mini pc seem ok.
A quite basic way to work out if a pc in mind should be able to perform for certain stuff is maybe have a look on dedicated video pc/workstation builder websites (i.e, pugetsystems) and see what they recommend and sell, take note of the specs as a guide and compare elsewhere you might buy a new pc from (or just build your own if able of course).
In the pc you've mentioned it looks like only one 1000gb/1tb ssd is included, so that would be something to think about, for example you could get one, two or more extra storage drives installed minimum, so then a first drive is the main/primary drive (for OS/Win 11, Davinci, other apps etc.) and the second drive is used as a dedicated cache drive for Davinci Resolve (apparently this will help make things work faster overall by storing and using temporary smaller 'proxy' files from there), and the third where you save your project files, and lastly a fourth drive is where your source video files/media etc. is stored. Or that's how I understand a pc storage drive config. works optimally with video editing workflows from what I've gathered.
Hope this helps anyway!
