SOLVED: Ultimatte Smart Remote not seeing all Ultimatte's

I am having an issue that I just noticed where the Smart Controller is not seeing both Ultimatte 4K systems. However when I open up the software version I can see and access both Ultimatte's.

On the Smart Remote display Button 1 and Button 2 are both colored and selectable. However the name on both of them are for the second Ultimatte. Also when I go into the Ultimatte Setup software on my desktop I see both of them.

What would cause one of them to be seen but not the other on the Smart Remote but both can be seen on the desktop?

I am on the latest software upgrades for both Ultimatte's and Smart Remote.

I am just wondering if anyone from Blackmagic can look at this issue, specifically the latest Smart Remote update software. Again, the Smart remote can only see my second Ultimatte 4K however the computer software version can see and operate both of them.

Blackmagic support walked me through several possibilities. It seemed that when the update happened the Smart Remote set the configuration menu to show only one of the Ultimatte's on all channels. I just had to go into there and change it back.

For anyone reading this in the future, the configuration can be accessed by going to the smart remote screen and hold down in the area of the 1-8 user buttons. DO not try this on the hardware buttons, but the ones on the touch screen area. This brings up the configuration menu where you can assign specific Ultimatte's to specific buttons.
