I think that will be a great feature. Like the Atomos Studio 2, but record 4 channel of 4K video feeds. On the Website for Hyperdeck Extreme 8K HDR is written: “…Plus HyperDeck Extreme 8K can now record 4 channels in a single unit!” but no infos for this in the manual. I think technical is this possible to write 4 different files in 4K. One for each SDI input (A, B, C, D).

Has someone more Infos about that?

This would really come in handy for me right now. RIGHT NOW! Why tease this long overdue feature if it's never going show!? It doesn't even need to be 4K. A quad record 3G is all that is needed. Any time now BMD. Any time.

Has anyone had a chance to download and use this yet?

Will it record 4x 1080i?

Yes, tested it and it is working with 4x 1080i.
What does not work is h264 in any resolution and h265 in 1080i.

Excited to hear the quad record feature is finally here! Can anyone confirm if it works smoothly with different resolutions or if there are still any limitations? Also, curious about how stable the performance is during long recordings.
