Well it's not shipping yet so no one can buy it yet.

As soon as it's released you can buy it for a Blackmagic approved dealer. Most dealers probably have pre-order waiting lists so even when it is released it might be difficult to buy for the first few months.

Seriously, "when it's ready."...and for now, we don't know, because "Blackmagic" give no information.
So....be patient and check From time to time.

It has been delayed, so far there is no official release date.

And once it starts shipping, there will be a long list of preorders, so even if the first cameras are delivered in february, you might not be able to buy one without a previous preorder until summer.
