Atem Mini Extreme output 1 flickering/black

I have an ATEM Mini Extreme being used for our church live production. Just recently the output 1 has started flickering on the display and then going black. The monitor is still receiving the signal, but it's a black screen. I've tried factory resetting both the board and the monitor and troubleshooted the cable and monitor. It works when plugged into output 2. Any Tips?

I had a similar issue develop a few months ago on my Mini Extreme ISO. Over time the preview output started to became intermittent, then garbled output, then nothing (monitor wouldn't detect a signal). Lots of troubleshooting but finally accepted that output is faulty. Repairing the ATEM Minis is not cost effective unfortunately.

However, a workaround I'm currently using is to loop through a little 5" Portkeys P6 monitor - it's input seems to be able to handshake with the faulty output where no other monitor or converter I have can, and it then reclocks the loop through output which I run to my 15" preview monitor which then picks it up fine.

It was working through an Up/Down/Cross converter with processing turned off, but even that stopped working last week. So it's probably only a matter of time before it dies completely, but in the meantime the portkeys monitor is still working.

My problem may be different to yours (ie my monitor isn't seeing signal any more), but it's worth trying looping through some other devices to see if that helps.

Figured it out,

I think the port will overheat when i leave the console of for long periods of time. If the problem arises, i turn the console off for a while and when i turn it back on, it seems to fix itself.

Did you find a solution? ATEM mini SDI Projector feed did this. I could use it to pic n pic to show lyrics or verses. I record with OBS and broadcast through RESI with a Ray Flickered for several services then quit. Black. I can plug into my monitor and no problem. It would not pick up on any input but camera would. I thought it might be the ATEM. I bought hdmi mini pro. Same!. I posted on this forum but no answers.
