AI music editor works sporadically

On one song, it works perfectly.

On the next, it does the analysis but doesn't change the clip length

Is there something that is specific to the file type? Both are .mp3

My first attempt with the feature failed as well. All it did was restart the song for the extra time I needed.

It seems to work with some clips and not others.

Also, on some clips it seems to have a time limit. The clip I'm interested in works fine until about 18 minutes but then fails as I try to extend it to 25 minutes.
