Color Management Shifts Monitors and Output

PostTue Apr 29, 2025 3:07 pm

Our team successfully finished doing color for an Amazon documentary in Resolve with Davinci Wide Gamut, all setup properly from inputs to outputs in Resolve. Returning to export the show, no changes to the setup, color were muted and light levels darker a stop or two. All monitors are calibrated correctly and show this issue, as well as the output file. This is becoming almost regular in our efforts to color and export.

Any engineers/BMD team that can address this?

What settings did you use for output? What version of resolve are you using? You say everything was set up properly. What were the proper settings? If you think this is something wrong with program, and not user error, follow FAQ and post diagnostic logs for developers.
