How to help asking for help

Just a suggestion. Go to user control panel then profile then edit signature. Put your hardware and software version in there it saves us asking what your using.

Agreed, but the signature also updates all previous posts so when posting a specific issue, it's also useful to post your current OS/driver and Resolve versions in the body of the post.
