Hello,

When editing my videos the first thing i do is drag my clips into the timeline, convert the stereo tract to a linked track, add two mono tracks (which there is no hotkey for) then unlink clips, drag the clips from linked track to the newly created mono tracks and delete the linked track.

I recently discovered there is an option to Configure clips to multi-mono on import. Which really helps with the video+audio tracks but messes with me when i add music and sound effects.

I wish there was a button for configuring audio clips with video as multi mono that doesn't effect the audio only clips.

TIA, Baldur

There is a separate forum for Feature Requests.

Best practice is to search first, to see if someone already asked. If not, post one idea per thread with a very brief description of the idea in the thread's title.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
