Mocha for Fusion?

Is anyone using Mocha for planar tracking? If so, can you set the reference time? I tried using Fusion's native planar tracker but it I keep getting the "invalid reference time error.

Mocha can be used if you have it, but planar tracker in fusion is pretty good. You need to set reference frame before starting tracking. Check manual about how to use it or some tutorials.

Thanks, haven't found a good tutorial yet but I'll figure it out. Transitioning from Aftereffects has been a learning journey so far.

There's an OFX version of Mocha that works with Fusion, or you can use the standalone Mocha, and it should output masks and trackers to Fusion. There was a bug in the Fusion output at one point that was fixed and then crept back in later, so I'm not 100% confident that it always works right. :D

Hey
Yep I have Mocha standalone and OFX... I prefer this latter but I've been using the Fusion regular planar tracker a lot to force myself using default tools, so I go to Mocha only for difficult clips now, and also for any powermesh jobs...
I like the ability of selecting different solid parallax panels/walls
And yes, you must set the reference time before staring the tracking
