Intensity Pro S-Video Female to 2x RCA Male Cable

I have an Intensity Pro, and I have the breakout cable that came with it - I want to feed an S-Video signal into it, but it looks like I need a additional splitter cable that I don't have.

Searching online, I only seem to be able to find the splitter bundled with a the breakout cable, and I only seem to be able to find international sellers - I'm in Australia and would prefer to buy local (where it's manufactured, Amphenol Australia Pty Ltd?), and not wait a month for international delivery.

Is the splitter available for purchase anywhere? The part number of the splitter cable only appears to be 88010158-000. I'll buy another breakout cable if I need to (if they only come bundled), but local sellers of the breakout cable don't appear to be including the splitter as far as I can see, I've only found international sellers with this particular cable included.

Thanks - I did see these around, they're also all from sellers international to me, I couldn't find any being sold locally. Given that I live less than an hour from the factory manufacturing the Blackmagic cables, I assumed there would be a local distributor, but it looks like no one is selling these within Australia for whatever reason. I've ended up ordering from an international seller. These other splitters likely work also, but easiest just to order the Blackmagic bundle if I'm already locked in for international shipping.
