The USB dongle for Resolve is your license. If you have lost it, you've lost the software. There is no way to "download" a replacement.

Hi, so I have a question: is there any way I can secure my license code, that in the case I lose my USB license key dongle, I can recover my license?

No, the only thing you can do is insure the dongle against loss or theft so if it does get lost you can make a claim and buy a new one

You need to contact your local BM support. If you still have the dongle they may ask you to send it in so they can check it

No one in my location will insure a dongle. There must be something that BMD can do to provide replacement and disable lost ones. I have used usb fabs as license manager for other software products and I have a couple of situations that I lost it and needed replacement. All I had to do was provide them with the serial number of the product I purchased, my email address, and telephone number that were used when I registered it. The would call the number and send me an email with a link for me to log in to their secure site. Once that is done, I got an email from them which has a replacement cost for the fab and shipping (like $35USD). I believe they deactivate the old fab and issued me a new fab... got it is 2-3 days by snail mail. That was a $495 dollar software. DR studio is $995. BMD should make it replaceable.

Both Adams are correct. The Resolve dongle is your license and when that is lost, so is the access to the Studio version. You can contact your regions support office and see what can be done for you as far as a possible replacement.
