Broadcast Lens Control Connector

Does anybody know where in Ireland you can get the Broadcast Lens Control Connector for Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K? Or does any cable and zoom con work with it?

The 12 pin connector is connected to the lens or sled 99% of the time. The controls are USBC if connecting to the cam. Fuji and Canon have proprietary connectors for connecting their branded controllers directly to the lens.
