It's a Siri AI equivalent that tells me off when I'm shooting rubbish and questions my life values.

Mostly High Frame Rates, or real 4K, more K's perhaps hehe.

The ability to see the image on screen while outdoors would be nice.

PL mount of built in ND filters would be great too, but I don't see how that could be called an accessory since it would require another camera body.

A calibration tool to create FPN profiles would be good.

what? are you talking about a mount adapter that lets you put pl lenses on it?
because that would make it look like a real camera but still not act like one.

btw Rado I'm also in vegas, if you every need a BMCC as a b-cam or ssd's etc. let me know. Would also love to check out the 4k sometime.

There is a third part accessory for the 4k that is awesome...And no. It is not a recorder...

Seriously...

If they dont announce that freaking firmware update and release it right after, the BMCC will be my last device I buy from them. (It wont do if they just announce it and keep promising it will come). And I'm pretty sure others share the same thought.

I'll bite. Curious to see if this is a DIY install or ship your camera off.

Also, from the looks of it, this could help adapt other lenses to the BMCC no? (if you currently have an EF mount that is)

Wonder how much $$$ this will be.

Wow a PL mount... kinda like I said they should've included as an option to get to in the first place so you can use your cine glass.
Chances are this will be a ship in. The Folks at wooden camera, however, are pretty awesome.

Sure unless you're trying to use the 4K as an insert camera on a production-- say shooting the epic-- and need to throw cookes on it. Or any other reason. The cameras are so much cheaper than even the lens you'd be putting on it-- it becomes basically disposable. This is primarily a thing a rental house would do, and maybe an owner/op who has a large investment in PL glass but also needs to offer 4K video to someone for some reason.
