Speed changes handled incorrectly in XML roundtrip

In two different projects, I have constant speed changes applied to several clips in FCP 7. This is preserved perfectly in Resolve, but after grading and sending the XML back to FCP, the speed is wrong. In most cases, it cuts it roughly in half. So a clip that should be 50% becomes 25.86%.
4992.22% becomes 4936.36%
602.04% becomes 311.36%
9019.64% becomes 8953.81%
-100% becomes -19.96%
79.98% stays the same
Oddly, all these clips in the timeline say Variable speed. Looking at the speed keyframes, it's true: It goes from 0% at the in point, to X% at the out point, to -0% at the media end. What is going on??

I also tried opening this XML in Premiere CS6, and it gives an error log full of these messages corresponding to each speed change:

Translation issue:
Sequence <Final_Cut_Conform (Resolve)> at 01;02;43;20, video track 1: Effect <Time Remap> on Clip <MVI_7284> not translated.

Come on, a response please? This is a big problem.

Yeah I'm seeing the same thing. Seems it used to work fine. I've just been fixing it back in fcp, but meant to post. Glad I'm not the only one.
I wonder if this has anything to do with the mixed frame rate bug.

What frame rate bug? My timeline does have mixed frame rates, but not these clips; they are all 23.98. The few shots I have at 60fps are actually handled correctly.

So you are using the handle mixed frame rates option in master settings and are not getting the slipped frame bug on all the native frame rate clips?

Same here...bugs me all the time since 9.0.3 came out? It is not a good idea to fix all those "variable" clips in a feature film timeline.

You'll need to compare with "offline" file in resolve to see if native rate clips are off by one frame.
Someone mentioned that maybe the clips are back in sync when XML is returned to fcp, not confirmed

Well nevermind that last comment; it turns out my project doesn't have any mixed frame rate clips. I thought it did, but they had been conformed already in Cinema Tools before ever coming to me.

I have the same problem. I have error when import file in Premiere CS6 (remap doesn't work) and I don't know how to resolve it!

Any tips? fix? please, we have to close our work and we don't want know to lost our all time to color correction with davinci if we can't come back to edit again in Premiere.

I have same problems: clips in XML from FCP are off by one frame; motion effects aren't always returned the same, even when they show up correctly 'simulated' in Resolve - especially clips that have a BIG speed change (or rather speed up a lot,) and clips that are running in reverse.

However, I find that it's not terribly difficult check and correct the errors back in FCP. Be sure your 'mixed frame rate' switch is on even if all your sources have the same 'base' rate. Make it a default. That solved about half the weirdness I was getting round-tripping.

How can we do in Premiere CS6? is it a possible solution?

I'm not terribly familiar with PP6.
