Intensity Pro 4K capture 1280x1024

I have the Intensity Pro 4K. I need capture HDMI video resolution 1280x1024. The software have minimum resolution 1920x1080.

How can I set custom resolution (1280x1024) for video capture?

No you can only capture video resolutions specified in the the capture formats on our Technical Specification of the product. They are video resolutions and not computer based formats for the most part. There is nothing in the SDK that allows custom resolution for capture nor our software called media express which uses the SDK.

Our video device supports only DVI-D/HDMI at resolution 1280x1024. I can't reconfigure it (((. I need to capture this video stream. I've seen the Technical Specification on Intensity Pro 4K. I know that this product isn't support resolution of 1280x1024 with standard software. May be have you custom SDK or FIRMWARE for Intensity Pro 4K that could support resolution of 1280x1024?

Sorry we do not have the ability to support custom resolutions via our SDK nor do we provide special firmware to support special frame rates. All the supported formats on the tech specifications for each card.
