Nuke to Fusion guide and hotkeys?

PostMon Jul 20, 2015 12:27 am

Are there any guides out there that have a Nuke to Fusion shortcut and terminology guide? Something along the lines of these (says I couldn't post a URL link??):
3dpop.com/c4d-to-maya-guide/
or
library.creativecow.net/articles/oconnell_pete/from_ae_to_nuke.php

Or a saved hotkey file that's already mapped Nuke's common shortcuts to Fusion (i.e. "Control+P" to "d" for disable node/pass through?

Been playing around with Fusion a little bit and would be nice to have a quick way to look up differences. From what I've seen so far, the Hotkey Manager doesn't seem to be the most user friendly compared to other application's shortcut managers.

If you really want to transition from Nuke it might help to redefine some hotkeys. I think I'm not the only one who added a "d" shortcut. You can find somewhat outdated info here.

^ noops, me to. :D

Also set tab for the popup menu - having that in Nuke and Houdini, I just need that in Fusion.

appendix: it is outdated because Fusion 7 now has a separate directory for hotkey definitions and it will read and merge all the files it finds in there.
