iris control on EFS 10-22

hi,
just threw on my efs 10-22 as it's my widest lens, and can't get iris control in raw or prorez.
am i missing something simple ?

Some lenses dont seem to be supported with the camera. Perhaps contact BMD directly to see if they can let you know.

BTW how do you like that lens ? I asked in another thread if anyone every used that lens. You're the first it seems.

Do you have other lenses to compare? Such as the Tokina 11-16 or Sigma 8-16?
If the optics are good, that could be one of the best wide zoom lenses for the BMCC.

hey didn't check them out as i figured the 10-22 would work until i decided what lenses i like on the bmcc.

Not having iris control is a bummer, think you can set on a 5D body then stick on the bmcc, but you have to carry an extra body also the efs 18-135 doesn't do iris either.

maybe firmware will make it happen in the future.

went out with a 50 last night, was still too long, think 10-25 is the range for most of my shots

going to test a bunch of zeiss and L glass next week will post what i learn
