Fusion 8 crashes on startup

Fusion 8 seems to be out of Beta stadium now. The Beta 3 was not starting on my machine and I hoped this would be fixed in the final release.
When I start Fusion 8 nothing happens except a small black screen appears.
There was also a thread in the BETA FEEDBACK thread, where someone stated out the uninstalling of the antivirus programm and disabling the windows firewall could solve the problem. But the problem is still there. Beta 2 was running, after that nothing works on windows 7 64bit.
Is there someone who has the same issue or can give good advice?

I'm having the same issue but because of the Neat Video plugin in the OFX folder. When I remove the plugin from the OFX folder, the program starts up normally.

The only OFX plugin that works right now is FilmConvertPro.

Is this plugin also in a fresh installation?

Genarts Sapphire 9 works on windows 10 ---> Fusion Studio 8

yes it is a OFX problem. No Reelsmart, no lenscare, no furnace here. And with my Sapphire 5 i got a license error.
