Running from Network and setting environment settings

Trying to get Studio up and running and having a few issues. We are trying to run it like we have in the past from a network location with a .bat file that configures the environment variables for Fusion and having multiple issues. Most of this is probably a syntax change from Fu7 to Fu8S but I would appreciate any info on this.

But I am having 2 problems.
First Problem
On a machine that has never had Fusion Studio installed on it, this batch runs, the splash screen comes up, it says it is checking licenses, and then the app never comes back. It freezes. On a machine that had Fusion Studio installed by the installer, that part of the script works, and Fusion starts as expected.
Second Problem
Fusion used to load the master prefs that are listed, uses those settings as default preferences for the user, and then saves their prefs into the profile directory\%USERNAME% and none of that is working at all. The prefs do not load, and the profile directory for the user is never created. Can someone explain how I can set prefs and environments for fusion 8?

Any help on this would be appreciated. Or if there is documentation on this somewhere, please direct me. I looked through the user manual without any luck.

Yeah they were all in that thread. Thank you. I wonder if there are other env variables that are available, but we do not have a list of them somewhere?

There are more variables that aren't listed. I remember Chad posted some one day that I have never heard of or seen anywhere. Now, where one could find that list is stil a mystery to me. Something tells me it's not a public list, and you have to have direct connection with the devs.
