How's the spectrum on those LED Dedos?
Spectrum is excellent. I got the latest measurements from Mr. Dedo Weigert himself.

Yes, they do say that on the website, but I was reluctant to post it because the fine print is that since the 300watt Rayzr7 is native daylight they are saying it's light output is equivalent to a 2K tungsten gelled to daylight with full CTB. So, if you need tungsten out of it, this would be less bright than true 2K tungsten as you'd need to gel it with full CTO. Based on the output at native daylight, the numbers are similar (only just a tiny bit less) than what you get out of 650watt Arri HMI. So that's the comparison that made the most sense to me. Rayzr's marketing department must prefer bigger numers
No, the comparison is to an un-gelled tungsten. You can check that for yourself in the ARRI Photometrics app.
3200K Tungsten:ARRI 300 Plus (300 W, CP/81 120V) (30°, 3m) ... 1,000 lx
ARRI 650 Plus (650 W, CP/89 120V) (30°, 3m) ... 2,528 lx
ARRI T1 (1000 W, CP/39 120V) (30°, 3m) ... 3,989 lx
ARRI T2 (2000 W, CYX 120V) (30°, 3m) ... 8,567 lx
ARRI ST2 TrueBlue (2000 W, CYX 120V) (30°, 3m) ... 9,233 lx
ARRI T5 (5000 W, CP/29 120V) (30°, 3m) ... 22,178 lx
Daylight HMI:ARRI D5 (HMI 575 W) (30°, 3m): 7,700 lx
ARRI D12 (HMI 1200 W) (30°, 3m): 15,306 lx
ARRI D25 (HMI 2.500 W) (30°, 3m): 30.778 lx
Daylight LED:Dedo DLED12.1 (220 W) (30°, 3m): 2,888 lx
LitePanels SOLA12 (325 W) (30°, 3m): 5,416 lx
Vibesta Rayzr 7 (331 W) (30°, 3m): 5,819 lx
Mole Richardson (1600 W) Tener (30°, 3m): 32,100 lx
You can see the Rayzr 7 is 1.35 times brighter than the ARRI T1 and 63% of the ARRI T2.
So what I wrote above was not completely true - it is somewhere intbetween the 1000 W and 2000 W.
FYI: If you are using the European 230V lamps the output from the T2 tungsten is a bit lower.
