obj sequence won't play

once again a simple task seems too much for me. Help please!
Fu7.7: I imported an obj sequence via fbx scene import

1. fusion won't play the animation, it just displays/freezes the first frame. I renamed the seq. nothing. Element 3d has no problems with that seq.
2. I need to loop the animation, how? There's no loop checkbox

Just wondering: why not update to 8.2x? Maybe that will work better?

Just tried 8.2.1 same thing. Can't import sequence, just single file.

I gave up on Fu8. Too many things don't work properly.

That's working properly. FBXMesh3D doesn't claim to load sequences.

Thanks to helpful people at steakunderwater, I just found out that Fusion doesn't load obj sequences, just alembic.

I had problems with spotlights and 3d text in Fu8 so I won't touch it for now, went back to 7.71 and just finished my 1st big project. Couldn't have done it in 8.2.1
