Windows x64, "free version", i7, NVidia GT740M

In the edit page when I scroll up the audio just a tiny bit with the scroll-bar (the one next to the mixer), the audio disappears from the page.

In the top-half of the image, as it should be
In the bottom-half, after scrolling up a tiny bit.

I am having this issue on Windows 10, GTX 970 Intel i5 6600K,

however, my audio doesn't disappear when I scroll down slightly, my video tracks disappear when I scroll up slightly instead. I tried multiple old projects out and they all have this issue in b5_

Also, I'm fairly certain this has been mentioned, but putting in custom fade in/out with alt+click on audio tracks does nothing, and the track defaults to whatever the last keyframe is set to on the audiotrack. I've been experiencing this since b3_

I second/third that. It happens exactly the same on both video and audio timeline on CentOS 7.3 / i7 970 / RX 480.

I have a few feature request:
1: please bring back the grey clip color
2: audio sync what generate a timeline from the synced clips
3: maybe pancake timeline

I second this issue. Core i5, GTX 970, Win10x64

Also, audio keyframes are still not working as intended with 44khz audio. If I reencode my audio to 48khz then I can get fades to work, but they do not exactly follow the keyframes. The changes seems to start and finish earlier than the keyframes dictate.

Same issue on Windows 8.1, GTX980ti, 64GB RAM, Corei7 5820K. Both Audio/Video tracks disappear while scrolling.

I recorded this wierd and annoying phenomenon here :

I can second this. Windows 10 64 bit, Intel Core I7 16 GB / Geforce 1060 3GB. Footage was RED ONE, edited in Premiere, XML exported to Resolve. Timeline seems to be empty bit everything plays back and shows up on the color page. The mentioned work around by deleting the emtpy tracks works for me too.

Another thing I noticed is animating OFX properties. I had two keyframes to animate the global blend of the face refinement pugin. It does work but the property on the ofx panel does not reflect the changes. It just shows 0 or 100 but inbetween the two keyframes the value does not change in the OFX panel.

In 14b5 the timeline completely blows up.

If you have timline view options set to see previews my clips just diappear scrolling down.
If I click on a marker which happens to be on an "invisible" clip, davinci crashes.

So far b5 has been a huge step backwards from b4 in terms of crash frequency.

Hey gang - Big issue with the footage in the timeline becoming invisible.

Here's my system information...
Mac Pro (late 2013) 3.7 Ghz Quad-Core intel Xeon 5E
64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3
Graphics - AMD Firepro D300 2048 MB

Here's a video link to what is happening. When you scroll up vertically on the time line, the footage disappears when the layer is at full height.

I'll leave the video up for a week or so, so if you want to keep it for reference, I've made it available for download.
Thanks -
Matt

Hi,
Davinci Resolve 14 Beta 5 - Edit page - doesn´t work?

If I have more video (or audio) tracks and have to scroll, the tracks are
lost. It will appear when I climb on the highest track

Thanks

Clips disapear from timeline (only visualy, from the interface that is) depending if i scroll up or down on the tracks (usually when scrolling to reaveal first track in a timeline of several tracks.)

Installed beta 5 and loaded my project and all the video clips on my timeline are missing! When I scrub I can still see the video output from those clips on my external monitor via UltraStudio Mini. So its as if all my video clips on all my video tracks are invisible. All that shows up on the video track are transitions. Dissolves, etc.

If you use Minimized tracks view you should see the tracks. Works for me. But this is a nasty bug for sure.

Feels like someone at BM accidentaly fell over the 'release new beta version' button while they where still in the middle of changing stuff.
I bet there will be a beta 6 soon.
I forgive them as i could not imagine the task at hand to get this monster of an update stable.
In general great work guys. Never mind this slipup. Just press the button again and we will keep testing untill we are there.

We are looking into this but in the meantime some reports suggest that a minimized track view lets you see the clips.

I have the same issue also, I am rolling back to version beta 4. The fix, delete empty tracks crashes all of resolve for me. Rollback works without an issue.

Huge step backwards. 4096x2160 DCI + sound = constant crashing in beta5. Beta4 crashed only once for me and now beta5 is unusable. I'm back to 12.56. Anyone know how to import a 14beta5 project (drp) in 12.56 without it crashing?

I think they delete the old version when a new one comes out. I'm stuck, I can't go back to 12.5 because my project won't open there, and I can't continue editing in b5.

Someone surely must still have the b4 installer in their download folder or something!
Free version windows b4 installer anyone?
