Create clip presets? Where?

Yeah i know... This is probably a noob question and it's probably easy as hell. But for the love of God... I cant find it. Since you can load presets you must be able to save them somewhere. It's not in the manual either, at least not that I can see.

Aaah. OKay... So it's a sizing preset created in color. So you can't have a preset with pixel aspect ratio etc set. Or?
