Intensity Pro 4K Audio Capture NOT working with Resolve

Dear all,

I am new to this card, but I am very disappointed.

The card either does not record the audio, or records it very "weird" or records nothing at all.

With Resolve 14.3 (and latest drivers): it stops recording after less than 1 second, giving me "missing frames error" (even if source is at 1080p 60fps and the capture setting too).

With Media Express: it records video well, but audio (does not matter whether 5.1 or 2.0) is recorded accelerated (something like 300%...and there is no way to slow it down and have a "working" audio, even if I correct for the pitch).

With Adobe Premiere 2018: card is recognized and selected in the various Premiere menù, but then when I try "Capture" it says device is "offline".

I will now try to sell it on eBay, even if I am disappointed to have spent 200 USD for something useless....I should have bought the Elgato 4K....much more expensive, but probably worth it... :-(

I just installed Intensity Pro 4k on my Resolve 14.3 lite and Fusion 9 Studio system and am so far not too happy.
It will capture an SD signal from a S-Video input and play it out correctly with Audio on my HDMI TV.
In Media Express it appears to Capture but nothing is shown on the monitor screen during capture or playback.
In Fusion I cannot find a way to monitor the views via the Intensity Pro.
In Resolve I cannot monitor the Video on the Intensity Pro but Audio is monitored correctly.
In Media Composer both Audio and Video are correctly monitored.
Could some one please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Do like I did: return the card to the shop you bought if from :-)
