Strange DLL error when starting R15

Logs are included below..

Been having a strange problem lately, tried a lot of things, including:

Reinstall

Updating Graphics (CUDA compute 6.1 - GTX 1080)

Clearing registry.

I get the following errors when starting.

The problem seems to have been fixed when reinstalling to a new path. rather than the default Blackmagic Design folder, I installed directly to /programFiles and this seems to have fixed it.
