Possible to reverse audio without it jumping in time?

PostMon Jun 11, 2018 3:13 am

I have a sound effect from a much larger file that I'm just trying to do a simple reverse on. But, it seems the only way it wants to reverse the clip so to reverse the entire file, meaning I have to roll out the 5 minute clip on my timeline, reverse it, and then trim and move it from there. Very clunky. Please add the ability to reverse a clip only taking into account the content present in clip in the timeline.

Also, I'm noticing it's not redrawing the waveform to reflect the reversed audio. So the waveform as displayed in the timeline is not representing what the sound is doing which is making it confusing in the timeline.
