Replacement part needed for a 1M/E Production Studio 4K

Anyone knows through which BMD dept. or other channeI I could get my hands on a replacement network card for the 1M/E Production Studio 4K ?

Network card is serviceable as the part is a daughter card connected on the motherboard.

Big Vendor here in Paris, who also sold us our 2M/E Production Studio 4K, a Television Studio HD and many other fiber related stuff from BMD doesn't want to service this switcher, arguing that servicing for them only makes sense for bigger and more expensive equipment.
