Manual Tracking is laggy during editing (not playback)

I recently upgraded to Davinci Resolve 15 beta 8 from beta 6 on Windows, and now all my projects where I'm doing manual tracking work are lagging heavily when adjusting edit points. I tried going back, and the problem is persisting. Is there a way to clear preferences or rule out certain factors?

If you use the following to Uninstall and select the option to Automatically remove residual files, you will start fresh with a new install. Just be sure to back everything up first.
