Resolve maxes out Memory and quit

Hi there,

big, big, massive problem.

I am working on a I7-4770K 32GB RAM with evga GeForce GTX 760 2GB On HD-Material.

In 2018 I had the Resolve Beta 15 installed. I Was editing a 55 Min. FeatureFilm in HD with up to 12 Videotracks for layering and some 16 or 18 Tracks of Audio. I Had no Problems with that.

everything was working fine until... Now. A new Project on Resolve 15 final and also in 15.2.2 I Got issues on a 35 Min. Feature with up to 5 Videotracks and little CC and reformatting:

- when scrubbing through the timeline after a few Clips passed, the system halts for some 10 seconds to one minute. Then it goes on.
- Resolve takes up to 99 percent RAM and finally quits.

I cannot edit anymore, does anybody know, what this behaviour is caused by? I put the LOG-Zip as attachment: https: //www.dropbox.com/s/9pfi0shd30vpwn5/DaVinci-Resolve-logs-20190114-150350.zip?dl=0
(Watch out for the Space after https: - remove it...!)
In the DaVinci_resolve.log there is following message for hundereds of Time:

Are using h264/h265 and hardware decode? If so, try without.

Would you be so kind and also try to attach logs here when that happens? I reported that issue multiple times, but it's not fixed. So either they cannot reproduce or just don't care. In case of the first situation, maybe another set of logs helps.
