BUG: Snapping pos of titles is way to aggressive

create a title
go to move it with the mouse in the UI window
The only thing you can do is move the title to whatever the snapping code wants to do. there is no way to gently move a title to where you want. You then have to got to the X Y pos and manually move the title, and be careful to not touch the text in the output window. snapping should only kick in when you are , say 20 pixels from a snap value, not, if you move the title it goes to the next position

additional bug : no UI control or drop down to turn OFF or ON the snapping of position of titles. if there is one, its very well hidden.

Thanks, that was totally NOT obvious since alt / option drag is to generally duplicate an item.
