Ultra Studio Mini Recorder Set up

When I click on the BlackMagic Desktop video icon I get the following window:

However, when I click on system profiler, the device does show up, so it is connected.



Any idea how this is occurring ? (Profiler recognizing that it is there, but the BM desktop video set up not?

I am in Mac High Sierra and attempting to use Desktop Video 10_9_4.
