My moza air2 is not turning on

I am new user of moza air2, when I bought this gimble it works fine and few days ago I installed everything and when I switch on it is not turning on then I pulled out the battery and again insert it then it switch on, it happen 4 days ago. After that day today again it is not turning on, before the battery insert I charged it fully.
I am a Lehman about this tech so please help.

Yes I put the batteries in right way, and the screen did not light up

Can you test the batteries with a volt meter to see if one is faulty? Have you tried e-mailing Gudsen? You might get some feedback from the "Moza Acadamy" forum. https://academy.gudsen.com/moza/forum/index

I think your best bet is to return the gimbal if you just bought it.
