I believe only CentOS 7.7 is certified at the moment. CentOS 8.0 only came out about 9 days ago, so it figures it's not quite working yet. This is covered in the Config Guide I referenced above.
Thanks for the information. I will try CentOS 7.7.
At the end I got successful installation of OpenCL library on
CentOS8
extracting amdgpu-pro-19.30-855429-rhel-8 in download folder and open it in terminal
./amdgpu-install --compute
Linux Mint 19.2 Tina
extracting amdgpu-pro-19.30-855429-ubuntu-18.04 in download folder and open it in terminal
./amdgpu-install --compute
ZORIN OS15
extracting amdgpu-pro-19.30-855429-ubuntu-18.04 in download folder
modify amdgpu-install file adding
zorin in os_release()
open it in terminal
./amdgpu-install --compute
At the end Davinci resolve started fine in these three linux systems.....
PLEASE is anybody suggesting how to install OpenCL libraries on a laptop HD630 Intel integrated GPU?
THANKS...
