Render error: DaVinci 16.1 Mac Error *Help*

Hey,
I have noticed a major error upon the release of Davinci 16.1 right after doing a MAC update to Catalina,
DaVinci Resolve began to crash whenever rendering video files not going past 3% of rendering before prompt message "render can't read file". I believe this is a bug this has hit DaVinci Resolve 16 upon this new release has anyone been able to trouble shoot and find a solution to this Render Error.

I’m having this exact problem. Either my I get an error saying that i need to give Davinci permission to render to a specific location on my my Mac or I just get a straight up error message saying render failed for an unknown reason. I get to about 3-5% before this happens. It’s a nightmare and no one seems to have an answer

Just checking, is your render target drive listed in Preferences, system, media storage?

In my case, yes. Please read my thread, I have included different error logs.
