BMPCC 4k HDMI out has stopped working.

PostSun Oct 20, 2019 6:49 am

I have been using my BMPCC 4k for months with no HDMI issues, but tonight my HDMI out has stopped working. I have tried different HDMI cables, connecting those different HDMI cables to different monitors, and I have been updated to the latest firmware 6.2.1, but nothing works. I have also tried power cycling my camera and monitor several times. I have taken the battery in and out. I even reset my camera to factory settings. Nothing seems to work. Anyone else had this issue?

I am thinking this is a hardware issue and I an going to have to send it in. :(

Did you use you’re camera with Tv-logic monitor?
I’ve just burn two hdmi ports on 4K’s. Rental house saying that it’s a common problem, even with Red’s and Alexa’s. Usually when using them with 056 tv-logic monitors and powering all together from one battery , while plugging hdmi/sdi cables on working camera and monitor, or switching on 056tvlogic while camera is working and connected to monitor

Not sure if it’s totally monitor fault or because everything was powered from one battery
