Missing Screw

I have lost a screw for the SSD recorder for my URSA Mini Pro.

As you can see in the first pic, there is now a gap between the recorder and the camera body because of this missing screw.

Can anyone please advise how I am to get a new screw.

If anyone cannot advise, can I please be directed to the appropriate Blackmagic Design party who can advise me further and perhaps even resolve the issue within the next few days.

Many thanks.

Have you tried to contact BMD support? Normally they can help you with getting spare parts.
Saying "Thx for help!" is not a crime.

Comparing it to the size of the BNC connectors, it looks a bit on the small side for M3 to me... also, you'll need to figure out the length (by removing one of the others? - while that's out you could also measure the daimeter to get a feel for whether it is an M3 or something smaller :)

Hello James. They are M3x5mm Flat Head screws. We use these in a variety of products including the Teranex Minis.
