Board Admin: Private Messages stuck in Out Box

In the past, I have successfully sent 2 PMs. But the last 3 I've attempted to send have been stuck in the Outbox.

How do we correct this?

When I checked today, two PMs I initiated to one of the BMD staff had left my outbox. A third that I initiated some time ago was still there, I don't know whether there is some other issue with that one.
